I am Farris Qureshi. I live and work in Chicago. I bring the habits of high-stakes data work to the back office of small businesses.
My background
For more than 5 years I have worked in data and strategy roles. Today I work on strategy and data for a large health system. Before that, I was a project analyst at a benefits software company.
In that work, a wrong number has real cost. Leaders make decisions from it. So my job is to make the numbers right, prove that they are right, and explain them in plain words.

Why I started this
Most small businesses have a broken chain between the booking and the books. A web designer stops at the website. A bookkeeper starts at the bank feed. Nobody connects the steps between them. I set up and connect the full path, so each sale flows from booking to books.

I am not a CPA, and I do not give tax or legal advice. My work is bookkeeping setup and systems. For tax questions, I point you to a licensed CPA, and I can give your CPA their own login to your books.
